Our holistic approach to sustainability encompasses the entire lifecycle of our fingerlings, from the fields through harvest, to our new more biodegradable EcoPure bags. Cinacia is now the largest certified organic packer of fingerling potatoes in the United States. Together with farming partner, CR Farms, we grow, pick, and pack our fingerlings without the aid of chemicals of any kind and meet the requirements of multiple organic certifications. CR Farms is currently certified organic through the Colorado Department of Agriculture and will complete requirements for the Global GAP program in the near future. Cinacia is currently certified organic by Quality Assurance International (QAI) and AIB International, including GMP Inspections and HACCP Accreditation.
